Job Description
Job Purpose
- Manages spare part inventory, ensuring accurate records and availability in line with planned maintenance schedules
Job Description
- Perform accurate counts of individual spare parts in line with agreed parameters set by the
- Maintenance Planner.
- Conduct and record stock counts at frequency agreed with Maintenance Planner.
- Liaise with Maintenance Planner and Finance to manage orders to agreed levels.
- Maintain standards of 5S within the storeroom to provide easy and quick access to spare parts.
- Investigate stock shortages and take actions to resolve problems.
- Ensure fuel management routines are carried out according to laid down procedures
Job Requirements
- BA Degree in Business related field with 1 year of experience.
Required skills
- Stock and inventory management
- Industry standards
- Understanding of Mechanical drawings
- Equipment and tool maintenance
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
