Currently, we are participating in a bid that seeks to provide technical assistance to build capacity of two regional Bureaus of Labour and Social Affairs (BoLSAs) at woreda level. The potential assignment will assess how effective employment services work at woreda-level BoLSA’s and developing a plan to deploy such services to their local communities. It will also involve woreda-level BoLSA’s setup and deliver employment services, meeting the needs of local employers and jobseekers. Evaluation, learning and planning is also part of the assignment. 

Frontieri is looking for a Project Planning and Management Expert that will work with us if our bid is successful. 

Required Number: 1 (One)

Term of employment: 12 Months

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master's Degree in project management or in any relevant discipline with an accreditation in project management from a recognized institution.
  • 5 years experience of managing employment services projects;
  • Experience of designing organizational structure and staffing;
  • Experience of designing processes and system including performance management system, Continuous Improvement Cycle, Safeguarding, and Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM);
  • A track record of bringing complex projects in on time and under budget;
  • Experience of developing and setting up project tracking and reporting;
  • Experience of working on projects that focused on and delivered outcomes (as opposed just to process or inputs);
  • The ability to work with a local team in a developing country setting with limited resources, and still maintain project rigor.
