Job Description
- Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
- Monitor daily reconciliations such as Sales, Cash, Bank, Transactions.
- Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Focus on tax compliance, state business registration and contract review
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
Job Requirements
- BA in Accounting
- Minimum Experience of 5 years and above
