Job summery
Under the general supervision of Chief Marketing and Sales Officer plans, organizes, directs and administers activities of the department; generates new project ideas, prepares project profiles, follows-up and monitor implementation of the projects; identifies demand of potential market and new products; Studies business trends and market share analysis; conducts market research for manufacturing new products or improvement on the existing product.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, directs and administers the activities of the department in accordance with the police of the Company
- Generates new project ideas, prepares project profiles, follows-up and monitor implementation of the projects
- Compiles data required for research and study;
- Identify demand of potential market and new products by gathering and analyzing data,
- Study business trends and market share analysis and propose recommendations,
- Conduct market research for manufacturing new products or improvement on the existing product,
- Study the future of existing products and submit findings and recommendations to the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer
- Prepare budget for market research and product development
- Prepare project proposals for expanding the company's business
- Conduct research to know the effect and its effectiveness of promotion and advertisements on the product and service of the Company,
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi annual and annual plans and performance reports of the department;
- Advice the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer on issues related to business and product development,
- Prepares and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports on regular base.
- Perform other duties when assigned
Job Requirements
Education
- First Degree in Marketing/Sales Management /Management/Economics
Related Work Experience
- 10 years relevant experience
