Soufflet has started its operation in Ethiopia in 2017 is commissioning its malt factory in Addis Ababa while actively working on local malt barley sourcing.

To Manage its daily payments and recivables post the records properly on the system Souffelt intersted to hire an Accountant :

CORE MISSION

To ensure credit and cash sales requests are processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with the relevant policies and procedures, with excellent customer service and a commitment to continuous process improvement.

To ensure the timely reconciliation of customer accounts and period closure activities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

•  Record sales and cash collection on timely manner
• Collect documents from banks and record payments received from agents in a system and issue cash receipt and invoice from cash register machine.
• Reconcile VAT balance
• Follow-customer balance
• Filling of documents
• Perform customer account lettering (Matching)
• Handover all the necessary documents to customer on a timely manner
• Perform bank reconciliation on a weekly basis
• Prepare and send other reports as requested by finance operational or finance reporting section
• Assist in any other finance activity, of ad-hoc task, as requested
• Escalate urgent matters to the management when needed.

Job Requirements

Qualification

•  Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
•  Minimum of 2 Year of related Experience
