Job Summary

In 2015, Beconnected Industrial has opened a state-of-the-art, #1 printing and labeling factory in Dukem, Ethiopia. 5500m2, brand-new, fully-equipped with the most state-of-the-art machinery. We produce high-standard labels, with first-class woven Jacquard and printed label machines. We can make any kind and type of Jacquard woven and printed label for the African market. We also have one of the world’s best ellipse printing and heat transfer machines and next to that we can offer 800-meter manual printing. We have a daily capacity of 80.000 prints under international management. We work for foreign international retails where we comply with the high Social compliance standards

Responsibilities:

• Perform test according to the operational procedures and test requirement
• Secure the testing data is easy to be tracked
• Follow the internal quality system
• Operate and monitor the performance of equipment and facility
• Carry out incoming inspections on products and materials,
• Test the characteristics of textile products as well as the possibilities for their further processing and suitable areas of use,
• Carry out tests of textile products, colorants, chemicals and other textile auxiliaries as well as examinations of water and sewage
• analyze the composition and the effect of chemical products,
• Test and improve existing products and processes,
• cooperate in the development and testing of new products,
• Evaluate and interpret results,
• Draw up test reports and certificates,
• Monitor production processes,
• process queries and complaints,
• Maintain and inspect the test equipment and laboratory facilities and keeping of records.
• carry out quality assurance measures,
• apply work and test procedures, taking into account the relevant standards,

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experiences

• Bachelor degree or above, with related major in textile engineering
• Working experience with Textile industry laboratory work is must at least for 1-2 year.
• Ability of speak and Write Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Language.
• Can handle the multi-tasks and understand the urgency of the tasks
• Be quick learner of new technology and have great passion to learn
• Self-motivator, Customer focus, Team work spirit, Curious about new technologies and tools.
