Job Description
Under the supervision of the IT Administrator, responsible to provide support to the users of Information Systems through direct interaction and through the identification and co-ordination of our ongoing training needs. Ensures that all systems running within the Friendship Square, managed by MIDROC Ethiopia, Addis Ababa are maintained to a level and standard that delivers the most efficient service for our customers.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION:
- Diploma in Computer related field is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years Hardware, Networking and Desktop Operating systems experience is required.
LANGUAGE:
- Good English language skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate the communication process.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATES:
- Hardware certification is required (A+).
- Possession of Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) qualification can be a real plus.
