Category: Plant Operation
Purpose statement
- Ability to work in high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on equipment
- Operate/monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
- Communicate with immediate supervisor and supporting teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high-quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
- Housekeeping and machinery cleaning are mandatory.
Job Requirements
Specification:
- Graduated from Technical vocational school 10+2 and above
- Studied industrial machine drives and servicing /General Mechanic
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry as machine operator.
