Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection by contact candidates, preparing contracts etc,
  • Management of FO staffs files/ documentation,
  • Follow up renewal of contracts,
  • Assist in registering new employees on HRIS,
  • Act as ER Admin of the FO,
  • Prepare Annual leave balance Report on time,
  • Update staff Data base
  • File and Documentation every day,
  • Responsible for sending employees personal file/document to CO on time 
  • Follow up of pension updates with the responsible office
  • Vacant post the jobs offered by the organization and collect CV according to the requirement and inter the required information to the database.
  • Arrange annual meetings for the staff per annum
  •  Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or Public Administration;
  • At least 4 years for diploma/2 years for BA degree holder and working on INGOs is an asset
  • Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and HRIS soft ware
  • Reasonable level of proficiency to read, write and communicate in English
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skill 
  • Broad understanding programs management and operations
  • Ability to work independently and take personal initiative
