Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection by contact candidates, preparing contracts etc,
- Management of FO staffs files/ documentation,
- Follow up renewal of contracts,
- Assist in registering new employees on HRIS,
- Act as ER Admin of the FO,
- Prepare Annual leave balance Report on time,
- Update staff Data base
- File and Documentation every day,
- Responsible for sending employees personal file/document to CO on time
- Follow up of pension updates with the responsible office
- Vacant post the jobs offered by the organization and collect CV according to the requirement and inter the required information to the database.
- Arrange annual meetings for the staff per annum
- Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or Public Administration;
- At least 4 years for diploma/2 years for BA degree holder and working on INGOs is an asset
- Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and HRIS soft ware
- Reasonable level of proficiency to read, write and communicate in English
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Broad understanding programs management and operations
- Ability to work independently and take personal initiative
