Alpha Education and Training SC invites qualified Applicant for the Following Position:
Accountable to: Alpha Education and Training S.C BOD in Collaboration with CEO
Responsibilities and Duties
- Performs Audit work including Plan Preparation, work papers, finding and associated reports, and verifies the accuracy of financial records and related transactions.
- Checks the proper maintenance of book of Accounts, records and control system in line with the share company policies and procedures.
- Checks the regularity and justification of expenditures are in accordance with the business plan and approved Budget
- Schedules and plans audits, initiates Project planning, assess risk and develop Audit direction.
- Manages performance of Audit assignments, Reviews work papers and Audit Reports and edits reports prepared by others. .
- Performs preliminary planning and establishes direction for Audits, provides leadership to assigned personals, Manages audit performances to quality outcomes.
- Ensures that the share Administration of the share company is maintained, regulated and administrated to the best interest of the shareholders and in line with the Government Policies and regulations
- Coordinates and interacts with administrators, staffs, vendors and other organs doing business with the share company. He /She may also be required to interact with external Audit and law enforcement agencies and as needed may be required to interact with court to testify financial cases.
- Consults with and advises the BOD / CEO on operational and administrative issues.
- Develops auditing procedural guidelines, works with Finance and Administrative Heads to develop or revise different accounting and Human resources working formats, Policies and procedures to make the Administration and financial activities transparent and easy.
- Makes a periodical inspection about the processes of the financial, property and human resource of the share company are provided with the standard set and provide a periodical report to BOD/CEO.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Qualification and work experience:
- MA or BA in Auditing, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or any other related field of Study and 6/8 years of practical work experience out of which 2/4 years as Head of Audit Service.
