Minimum Qualification
- BSc in Nursing from recognized University
Years of Relevant Service
Experiences and other basic skills
- In collaboration with Medical Director & Nurse Coordinator, Plans organizes, leads, and develops Operation Room Activities.
- Lead and manage the operation unit’s human and other resources to provide the most cost-effective methods.
- Organize a day to day activities of surgeons
- Conduct performance evaluation for the staff and involve in performance improvement plans.
- Oversee overall activities of the OR unit
Competence:
- Proactive decision-making skill and commitment
- Strong ability to coordinate and harmonize customers and stakeholders
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with computer applications.
- Commendable communication skill
