Job Description
The responsibility of the Program Director position is to provide overall leadership and coordination for the implementation of FSCE’s operations with quality, cost effectiveness and application of appropriate methodologies through cascading annual performance plan in line with the vision, mission, goals, program principles, standards, approaches and strategic plan of FSCE. She/he establishes and maintains effective working relationships with Donors, key government partners and NGOs working in the same geographic areas.
Education: MA or BA in Sociology and Social Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Management or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 12 years for BA or minimum of 10 years for MA/MBA of relevant experience of working with NGOs preferably with child focused organizations.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
Duty station: FSCE Head Office based in Addis Ababa
Salary and other benefits: Attractive Salary and benefit package including use of Vehicle with fuel allowance
