Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management (COTM) or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare quantity take off for planning & schedules. - Co-lead preparation of baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan - Maintain detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work, as required. - Develop and analyze man-hour resources, equipment resources and cost loaded, time-phased schedule. - Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams - Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports - Conduct regular project site inspections.

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects. - Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using digital tools. - Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify scope, risks, and opportunities. - Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to obtain accurate pricing and technical inputs.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Water Resources and Irrigation Management , Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years above in irrigation structure work.

MSc or BSc Degree in any Engineering Field with relevant work experience Location: Addis Ababa & Various Project Sites Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintaining equipment and stock inventories according to department standards. - Assisting in preparation of budget proposals, funding requests, and coordinating department clearances. - Coordinating training records and hazardous materials information. - Assisting in auditing construction reports for compliance with specifications. - Maintaining project records including material quality, expenditures, and preparing vouchers and reports.
