JOB SUMMARY
Facilitates the collaborative identification, development, and measurement of Orbis total reward systems and HRMS to value employees, competitively position the organization and advance retention strategies. Facilitate efficient implementation and long-term effectiveness with delivery of global policies, procedures, and practices, monitoring and evaluation methods and metrics, and training and technical assistance. Serve as an advisor to ready and advance HR data insights.
REPORTING & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Total Rewards Manager reports to the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), collaborates with ELT, senior leaders, and managers across Orbis’s network, and as well as HR focal points and leaders. Maintains knowledge and exposure to standard and best practices, established network of HR professionals and contacts in competing and collaborating organizations, with partners, consulting firms, and vendors, and specialized and broad knowledge networks and systems.
