Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Technology, Public Health, Clinical Laboratory Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the referral and reference laboratory service for disease diagnosis and monitoring - Provide technical guidance on laboratory quality management systems (QMS) and accreditation processes with international standards - Support training programs to enhance laboratory workforce competency in diagnostic techniques, biosafety, and quality assurance

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, Social Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensures that planning and implementation of the project activities are in accordance with the program principles, approaches, and procedures of the organization - Participate in protection-related assessments (safety audit, Rapid Humanitarian assessment, etc.) - Conducts regular supportive supervision to each region and deliver on-site support to field-based staff.
