Job Summary
- Give training to customers, staff and apprenticeship programs.
- Follow up and handles the apprenticeship training
- Ensures that monthly apprenticeship evaluations are done by supervisors and reviewed accordingly.
- Performs all classroom instructions & practical Training requirements assigned by AGCO products service Manager, either Internal or External.
- Assist in training development and that all course materials are updated at all times.
- Carries out on-the-job training and that all Technicians and Apprentices have a full understanding on machine operations, specifications and disassembly & assembly procedures.
- Assist in planning Training requirements ensuring all materials are available prior to commencement.
- Prepare annual training schedule for AGCO products
- Markets & promotes the annual training schedule at all times and keeps to the recommended Training schedule.
- Assist to collect, label & arrange components for all Practical & Apprenticeship training needs.
- Ensures that self & RESCO trainees have a full understanding of AGCO products literatures, documents and know how to find all specifications and instructions to carry out their duty.
- Carries out practical raining on special tools usage and follow-up of proper handling in the tools room.
- Develop his own training requirements and techniques showing initiative and self-motivation.
- At all times follow up and report company safety practices as required
- At times assist in Troubleshooting duties in workshop and field.
- Ensuring that he is professional in his work attitude and represents Ries Engineering S.C with pride in front of trainees/customers
- Carries out other duties in the Service Department as directed by the AGCO products Service Manager.
- Attend required Trainer training classes.
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Agricultural Engineering , Agro mechanics, Agricultural mechanization or related fields
- At least 10 years’ and above work experience in the Agriculture.
- Technical experience on AGCO and other agricultural equipment
- Experience in delivering training on agricultural machines
- 3rd grade driving license
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Must have strong problem solving skills and be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to work in the field without supervision. Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced service environment. Ability to operate a service vehicle. Must be proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.). Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Able to work on weekends and holidays.
- Should be trustworthy and have Excellent customer handling skills.
- Should have ONEAGCO, Epsolon and EDT software and Microsoft office knowledge
- Physically and mentally healthy and fit
