Job Requirements

• Qualifications: At least Diploma /10+2 12, 10 and 3^rd grade driving license
• Work Experience: 2 years and above as Taxi driver, Service or other types of vehicles in Addis Ababa and/or major towns in Ethiopia
• No. Required: 35

Driver Required Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent mapping skills.
• Direction-taking skills
• Ability to be empathetic towards customers.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to determine the best driving routes when GPS fails.
• Some college (TVET auto mechanic) education is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety signs and follow state regulated laws of the road.
• Healthy and volunteer to undergo health examination
• Technology friendly
