Invitation for the production and dissemination/broadcast of communication products on holistic child development  

Children Believe Fund is a non-profit Canadian registered charity and Child-centered international development organization. Children Believe Fund (CBF) & Tesfa Birhan Child & Family Development (partners of ChildFund International) are currently implementing Pilot Childcare Centers for the RPSNP beneficiaries project in North Wollo Zone of the Amhara Regional state of Ethiopia. The pilot project covers 45 communities of Seqota, Bugna, Gazgibla, Dahana, Meket & Gazo districts in Amhara National Regional State for which this consultancy service is required.

CBF wants consultancy service from eligible and interested bidders who can develop a series of radio spots (audio messages) on holistic child development and broadcast at radio stations in Amharic language that can reach the aforementioned Woredas.  

Job Requirements

Qualified consultancy firm/consultant should meet the following requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience especially on audio message production and facilitating dissemination/broadcasting message;
• Knowledge of early childhood development/childcare in Ethiopia.
• Evidence of similar work in the recent past will be a key requirement.
• Able to present professional or business license/certifications renewed for Ethiopian fiscal year 2013 E.C and all applicable legal documents.
