BACKGROUND
Living Goods (LG) has over a decade of experience in developing and implementing data-driven, digitally enabled performance management approaches for CHWs in Kenya and Uganda. LG is partnering with JSI, Dimagi and the Ethiopia Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH) to strengthen the performance of the Health Extension Program (HEP) by leveraging data from the electronic community health information system (eCHIS) to manage, evaluate and incentivize health extension workers (HEWs).
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Living Goods in partnership with JSI is hiring for a consultant to provide technical guidance for the design of an improved, digitally - enabled performance management approach for the HEP, which will be tested in 3-4 learning sites across the country.
You will receive support and guidance from Living Goods in-country staff (Country Project Manager, Technical Advisor, Performance Management) as well as HQ staff. You will have weekly communication with the Deputy Director for New Country Expansion, who is leading this opportunity, and members of our Global Tech Team, who will provide technical support and input.
This role will sit in the JSI Ethiopia country office but will be managed directly by the Living Goods Deputy Director for New Country Expansion.
