Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducts lecturers and training sessions according to the respective detailed curricular requirements and contents of the College.
• Prepares detailed lesson plans and develop up to the standard teaching materials for the courses he/she offers.
• Evaluates students’ courses based academic performances (through making use of both summative and formative didactic evaluation methods).
• Fully commits himself/herself to engage in other curricular or extracurricular assignments given by the College as deemed necessary.

Job Requirement

• MSc Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language /Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA), awarded by British council, Ethiopia./Only BSc degree in English background can apply./Thesis result should be good and above./Upon the completion of the requirement process providing clearances from previous organization is a mandatory
• Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years working experiences in teaching English at higher institution.
• Language: A good command of spoken & written English

Salary: Birr 16,250/month (Sixteen thousand two hundred fifty Birr)
