TVET Level 4 in Construction Technology, General Foreman or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee all stages of the construction process. - Coordinate various teams, assign tasks, and resolve issues. - Comply with and enforce relevant safety regulations. - Create and maintain construction schedules. - Supervise construction workers. - Supervise the team.

Level IV Construction Work, Building Technician, Finishing Foreman or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Facilitate the development of organization wide plans (both strategic and operational ones)  - Monitor the progress of Organizational wide plan execution and identify critical issues to be dealt with  - Produce report proceedings and use for organizational future developments
