• BRUH ENTERTAINMENT is looking for dynamic professionals who are highly motivated to be involved in an ambitious and innovative project in Ethiopia. Bruh Entertainment PLC is the distributor of CANAL+ products in Ethiopia and will play a critical role in executing the CANAL+ project to bring a new pay-tv product of 80+ television channels to Ethiopian consumers.
• The CANAL+ Group is a pay-tv broadcaster based in France with almost 20 million subscribers in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. CANAL+ is operating in more than 25 countries in SubSaharan Africa and has announced its entry into Ethiopia a top strategic priority.
• The CANAL+ offering will include a vast library of international and Amharic content developed by and for Ethiopians. With your help, Bruh Entertainment will bring this new product to Ethiopian households by building a sales network throughout the country.
• The person will be in charge of subscription renewal and loyalty-building and reports to the Subscription Renewal Manager

Objectives of the position:

• The mission of the Subscription Renewal Assistant is to support the Subscription Renewal Manager in his missions and also to take care of commercial missions and analysis.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Analysis of data on the performance of the distribution network
• Identification of partners' strengths and weaknesses
• Proposal of action plan if needed
• Accompaniment of partners on their performance by ensuring that the information is brought down to the POS level.
•  Implementation of marketing action plans.
• Subscriber value management (ARPU) and loyalty management.
• Deployment and promotion of new means of re-subscription (mobile payment, dematerialized renewal etc.).
• Management of the renewal distribution network and CANAL+ Shops.
•  Analysis of re-subscription campaigns and their business impact.
• Calculation of Wholesale Partner and point of sale objectives.
• Performance monitoring according to the KPIs of the month and coaching of Partners.
• Mobile payment performance monitoring.
• Writing and transmission of news flashes on re-subscription offers.
• Writing / Transmission of the sales pitch to the re-subscription.
• Follow-up of the availability of the re-subscription supports: subscriber cards, welcome kit, flyers, POS, etc.
• Development of performance monitoring dashboards.

Job Requirements

Training, professional experience:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing Management, Statistics, Business Administration, Management or related disciplines
• 2 years of experience
• Experience in a subscription-related business highly appreciated
• Keen to work in a fast-moving environment
• Good English skills, French will be a plus
• Several vernacular languages of Ethiopia will be a plus
