Job Summary
Responsible for managing the human capital and other company resource including vehicle management, facility management, utility management and security for hadero.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing human capital strategies, policies, manuals, guidelines, procedures and forms
- Propose and implement policies and procedures that govern the organizational structure, wage and salary structure, rewards scheme.
- Conducting all necessary preparation for recruitment and selection process, such as announcement of vacant posts, short listing, background and document investigation, screening, interview, evaluation, rejection notices or letters, medical examination & police certificate, employment contract and placement.
- Manager pension scheme in accordance with applicable law, rules and regulations.
- Manage and update employee record (personal files, correspondences, files, records and documents) and providing statistical data & analysis of the manpower status of the organization.
- Designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating of performance management system which is directly linked with the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Preparing budget and controlling budget utilization when approved and initiating various cost reduction methods
- Study current and past data on human resource utilization, inventory of skills, competence review, and operation activities which affect manpower levels and assess manpower requirement of the organization.
- Developing and implementing career devel’t scheme and succession plans at different job levels in the company.
- Prepare learning and devel’t policy, procedure or guideline in view of the organization’s objectives and strategies
- Identify employee training and development needs and design program to address the need.
- Administering and coordinating or providing in house training, local training and training abroad.
- Developing, scheduling and follow-up of all training programs and arranging physical training facilities, and teaching aids; maintaining of training records and related documents
- Monitors and controls vehicles to maximize efficiency in usage of fuel and regular maintenance costs and ensures the maintenance of history jackets of vehicles as per the check list and follows up for its regular update.
- Organizing and directing induction programs for newly employed staffs.
- Follow up the implantation of grooming standards, safety & health provision
- Perform other activities as required.
Job Requirements
Qualification Requirement
Education: MBA/MA or BA in business(economics, management, and others) and other related fields
Experience: 6+ experience in business organization out of which 3+ years in Senior Management positions in manufacturing is mandatory and background in FMCG areas is a plus.
