Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Manager of HRDM & Logistics, the Logistics & General Service Team Leader is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and controlling procurement, property administration and general services activities of AACCSA. He/she ensures that transportation and general service support is provided to all Offices, Departments and Services

Job Requirement

Education: MBA/BA Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management, Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related.

Work Experience: 6 years for MBA and 8 years for BA of relevant experience out of which 2 years in senior position. (Practical Experience in procurement is mandatory)

TECHICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

  • Integrated knowledge and understanding of support services concepts, practices, systems, and procedures;
  • Ability to interact and deal with people;
  • Planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
