Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• BEd/BA/MEd/MA degree in Educational Planning and Management, Educational Leadership, Pedagogical Science, Educational Psychology, or related discipline with Kindergarten Certificate/Diploma
• At least 2 years of direct work Experience for MA and 4 Years for BA
• Experience as a Private School Leader is Advantageous  
• Experience as a Kindergarten teacher/Educator
• Additional training in the areas of planning, supervision, performance management (appraisal), Monitoring & evaluation
