The job holder is responsible for preparing architectural and interior design, technical specifications, prepare office layouts and interior works, partitions and furniture/counter works for branch offices in line with the brand manual of the bank, evaluates proposed technical documents, reviews design drawings and specifications and gives supports on heat and ventilation systems for buildings and controls quality of works.

Job Requirement

BSc Degree in Architectural Engineering/Construction Projects Management, Computer related courses in Engineering (Auto CAD, SAP Arch Cad and Prior experience in Banking Operations (highly desirable) plus a minimum of 8 years’ experience, with at least 3 years at supervisor role.

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
