Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification
- BSc or Diploma or Certificate in clinical Nursing from recognized university
Years of Relevant Service
- Minimum 1 Years and above
Experiences and other basic skills
- Relevant work experience as HMIS professional in a similar Hospital setting
- Maintain and make available all data collection tools/formats and ensure that all data collection forms are uniform and consistent.
- Ensure that timely and complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and other health reports are submitted to respective bodies.
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of the data collected
- Collate/compile the health and related activities,
