- ተፈላጊ የትምህርት ደረጃ: በአውቶሞቲቭ ቴክኖሎጂ ወይም አውቶ መካኒክ ስልጠና መስክ ከታወቀ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ኮሌጅ የተመረቀ
- የሥራ ልምድ: ቢያንስ 8 ዓመት በኮንስትራክሽ ተሸከርካሪዎች ላይ የሰራ
