Required profile

• At least 20 years of teaching and supervising students at postgraduate levels
• Considerable leadership experience in the capacity of the dean. vice president of a university
• Have at least one publication in a reputable journal and five papers in proceedings.
• Has produced teaching material on Human Resources and Supervision for postgraduate program
• Can produce clearance from current employer institution
