• Lead full-cycle recruiting operations to attract, develop, and retain top talented candidates
• Exceed expectations by reforming the human resource procedures.
• Provide Motivational training for staffs as needed
• Plan, develop and implement a strategy for HR management and development ( including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and management issues)

Job Requirements

• MA or BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Management or other relate fields graduated professional with 5 - 10 years of
• work experience in HR and Operations

Experience:

• 5 -10 years of relevant work experience on Human Resource
