Menschen fuer Mensche Foundation Project Coordinator Office (PCO) wishes to invite applicants with the following qualification and experience.

Position: Human Development Department Head

Number Required: 2 (Two)

Main Duties & Responsibility:

  • Prepare an annual plan and quarter report
  • Organize and lead the staff in the Department
  • Review women related problem in the area
  • Arrange training and 
  • Coordinate women-focused saving & credit activities

Qualification:

  • BA in Sociology, Economics, Gender or related 

Work Experience:

  • 4 years experience and above experience in related fields 

Skill: Computer Skill Required

Gender: Female

Duty Stations: Dano & Illu gelan Integrated Rural Development Project, West Shoa Zone Wogdi Integrated Rural Development Project WIRDP), South Wollo Zone

Language: A good command of spoken & written English

Salary: Negotiable

Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract
