Job Description

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Establish and Manage a performance monitoring framework
  • Closely follow the physical and financial implementation status of the projects
  • Coordinate regular reporting including relevant data collection from different components.
  • Perform and facilitate monitoring & evaluation of implemented activities
  • Conduct and facilitate M&E and related training for the concerned staff & local partners
  • Involve in the preparation of periodic reports.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation or Economics or Agricultural Economics or Statistics or related field.
  • Work Experience: 4 years’ experience and above experience in related fields
  • Skill: Computer skill required.
  • Language: A good command of spoken & written English
