Job Description

Major Duties:

  • The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator will be to coordinate the project office staff, leads the overall programs and projects in selected woredas of Gambella region, manage properties, plans actions, facilitates the implementation of the programs/projects and develops and provides periodic reports to the head office, the donors and the relevant government agencies in the region. He/she is responsible for the coordination of the entire activities, operation sites, resources and information and bringing the cases to the head office any issues that may need special attention.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification and Experience: BA/MA/MPH/MSc in Social Works, Public Health, Nursing, Management, Sociology, Psychology or related fields of study with a minimum of 8/4 years of relevant work experience respectively.

Skills: Strong leadership skill

  • Good skill in planning, report writing and project proposal development
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving ability
  • Experience in computer usage including internet and relevant software packages.
