MA or BA Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough legal research on various topics, including corporate law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and other relevant areas.  - Analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and case law and provide legal opinions and advice to internal stakeholders.  - Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and memoranda. 

LLM or LLB Degree in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a supervisory role.

LLM or LLB Degree in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Participates in the development and revision of policies, procedures, and manuals of the Division;  - Conducts research and analysis regarding laws applicable to the Exchange to identify issues that need the introduction of new rules or amendment of the Rules; drafts Rules of the Exchange, operational contracts, and presents them to appropriate bodies for approval;  - Provides legal consultations, comments, advice, and interpretation on issues related to the Rules of the Exchange and other pertinent laws applicable to the Exchange operation to different Departments/Divisions of the Exchange.

Diploma in Law or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists the Branch staff in handling all issues related to collateral & the safe custody of all legal documents on real estate mortgage & chattel mortgage;  - Ensures the safe custody of all legal documents on real esate mortgage & chattel mortgage - Draws up draft contracts, agreements, forms, letters of guarantee and other transactional documents, etc. that suit a specified purpose
