Job Purpose
- To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
Job Requirements
- Qualification Required & Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance with four (4)/six (6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be at supervisory level. Particularly as customer Service Supervisor
