Purpose of the job

Based on the company’s business requirement, defines and implements ERP systems policy & strategy, project rollout, and user training.

 Main duties & responsibilities

Domain:

Ensures:

• Interact with stakeholders, customers and technical resources to design, implement and maintain security structures for delivered and customized ERP applications.
• Audit routine security in all user environments to ensure all users are appropriately provisioned for their work function.
• Analyze and resolve security and access problems related to delivered and customized applications.
• Write and maintain documents related to security design, implementation, and practices.
• Assist Finance and Operational departments to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary.
• Record and print solutions to end users as necessary.
• Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices, and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.
• Assist Finance and Operational departments in various projects to improve the productivity of business processes.
• Conduct routine periodic activities in Applications as directed by Application Manager to provide supporting information for organization and management.
• Assist in customization of ERP system and company applications working with a solution provider, DBAs, and IT Security.
• Support administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users.
• Collaborate with ERP System Analyst, Application solution provider, and IT Quality Assurance to test ERP and Application modules.
• Identify and record systems issues.
• Ensure ERP system and other company applications meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of ERP service Delivery and applications
• Monitor and identify problems in the ERP system and other applications every day.
• Understands software and hardware requirements of varied departmental systems.
• Understands the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems.
• Maintains system documentation

Expected Education and Experience

• At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience, is required.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility in 250+ users and 10+ server environment
• Know how on (Database Administration, Database security, Active Directory, Web application, IP network protocols, VPN,) is required
• Hands-on technical knowledge of network, server, and PC operating systems.
• Technical and functional knowledge of ERP System
