Job Summary

Handle end-to-end recruitment and placement activities in coordination with HR team members and user departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow-up and record HR requests from ABIG & companies.
  • Identify roles to be filled.  
  • Work closely with HR team members to ensure vacancies are timely filled and CVs are sorted and downloaded for screening. 
  • Work closely with ABIG and user departments to ensure smooth recruitment operation.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using CV databases, job boards and working with colleges/universities.
  • Conduct interviews with the user department using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
  • Handle and properly organize candidate and hired employee files.
  • Drafts employment, transfer, promotion letters and employment contracts.
  • Deliver employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintains training and development records.
  • Facilitate training; announcement, training fee payment, training venue and refreshment.
  • Collect and record basic HR data from ABIG & companies.
  • Follow up periodic KPI evaluations and documents the result.
  • Gather data for surveys and training need assessment.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

Professional Qualification

  • BA Degree in Management, Human resource management or related field of study.
  • minimum 1 year of experience in HR function. 

Required skill and competences

  • Strong interest to work as a Recruiter
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Interested in facilitating trainings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
