SUMMARY OF POSITION 

Ensuring compliance of all hygiene and sanitation standards as per food production facility standards. Develop training materials to staff, assure appropriate use and maintenance of cleaning materials.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring compliance of all hygiene and sanitation standards and as per related regulations and national standards.
• Build the capacity staff on appropriate hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate and deliver trainings to concerned employees.
• Monitor and assure good personal hygiene practices by all employees. 
• Develop training materials to promote safe practices, including appropriate use and maintenance of facilities and related equipment.
• Checks on daily basis the cleanliness of offices, factory floors, toilets and compound;
• Assure the sanitation of machinery, production facilities and accessories; supervises the application of pesticides and pest control;
• Makes requests of sanitary supplies as required and assure on time purchase;
• Performs other duties as directed by line manager.

Job Requirements

Education

• BSc Degree in Environmental Health or Environmental Engineering 

Experience 

• Fresh graduate (Zero years)
