Job Description

Purpose statement

  • Manage the preparation of all staff payroll and timely disbursement of salaries or other employee benefits according by ensuring leave and time sheet tracking for updating any payroll changes accurately and timely.
  • Provide advice to staff and managers in relation to pay, taxation and Life and accident Insurance.
  • Ensure manual records are accurately maintained and updated regularly in line with data protection.
  • Under the direction of Compensation & Benefit Head, to be responsible for the compilation and submission of salary related matters.
  • Administers benefits programs such as medical/insurance reimbursement program, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
  • Ensuring company is compliant with state and federal laws
  • Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)

Job Requirements

Specification:

  • MA or BA in Human Resource Management, Management or Business Administration 
  • 2 years’ for MA & 4 years’ for BA related experience.
  • Exposure in Compensation & Benefit area is more advantageous
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-browsers
  • Mathematical skill
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with different ERP & different Accounting Software
