Job Description
The purpose of this job is to plan, organize, direct and control the operation of ATM support section; to ensure smooth ATM banking experience by operating and troubleshooting card banking services.
Job Requirement
- Educational Qualification Required: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS or other related fields.
- Minimum Work Experience : 6 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as Senior Officer or in equivalent position.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to analyze incidents, logs and issues
- Ability to plan and report activities
- Certifications in scripting languages, database management.
- Ability to prioritize and solve problems
- Ability to manage teams and complaints from Users.
