Job Description
The purpose of this job is to facilitate the works of the respective department/work unit to which she/ he is assigned; to manage office supplies and stationery materials and related items; to handle document distribution and organize records of the respective work units; to assist and relieve the customer service representative and colleagues with the provision of admin assistant tasks; and to manage correspondences both internally and externally.
