Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control the overall manufacturing activities, monitoring every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Prepare periodic operational plans and performance reports of the production units in accordance with the company rules and regulations.
• Ensure regular preventive maintenance of the production equipment and machinery in the manner that guaranty smooth and efficient operation
• Provide advisory and technical support and information on the production and productivity of the factory
• Ensure that adequate raw materials, manpower, packaging materials, and other inputs are available to maintain a continuous and optimum level of production.
• Ensure strict compliance to safety and sanitary rules in all production operations and records are maintained for follow-up.
• Documenting and implementing standard operating procedures and improvements for production operation.
• Ensure that the finished product is packed according to customers’ and regulatory requirements 

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical/Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 7 to10 years experience in a water factory.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
