Job Purpose

• Verification & Certification of Raw materials and Packaging materials Quality for production & development purposes.

Job Description

• Analysis of all incoming Raw Materials. These include physical & chemical verifications. This procedure includes sampling, testing, generation of reports & interpretation of results. 
• Preparation & Standardization of Reagents for in-use & for use by the plant Labs 
• Basic Maintenance & servicing of Lab Equipment. UV Spec for spectrophotometric measurements, Penetrometer for Hardness analysis, colorimeter for colors, etc.
• Facilitation of internal & external calibration of critical equipment in the business & maintenance of the register. 
• Analysis & validation of the quality of raw materials for Research & Development purposes. 
• Perform SAP transactions in the system to facilitate the movement of materials from one location to another as the need arises

• Quarantine and hold defective materials to be returned to the supplier, block such materials in the SAP 
• COA/COC preparations for export finished products after verification that the products conform to set specifications.
• Assessment of all special samples including samples from R&D, Retention & consumer/customer complaints
• Appraisal of retention samples for shelf-life validation on a need basis. 
• Benchmarking products for R&D purposes
• Monitoring of Consumer & Customer complaints
• Preparation & Standardization of Reagents used in QA & Minilab

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physical sciences field with 1-3 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing.
