Job Requirement

Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management or related fields from a recognized University or College.

Experience: Minimum 11 years of relevant work experience, out of which, at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Key Skills required

  • Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management.
  • Thorough knowledge of HRM and Administration Operating policies and procedures of the company.
  • Considerable knowledge of organizational dynamics and insurance business.
  • Considerable knowledge of labor law, financial industry governing laws, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Proven experience in resource allocation and disturbance handling.
  • Ability to coordinate teams of HR, store, property management and maintain harmonious human relations.
  • Ability to work without being distracted under pressure.
  • Basic computer application skills.
