Job Description
DETAIL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring operators understand and comply with all call center objectives and performance.
- Daily Report of Total calls based on successful trip and Unsuccessful trip
- Handling of incorrect estimations by calculating the price based on the kilometer , waiting time and base fair
- Controlling the time and the shift of operators
- Measure performance with monitoring display(KPIs) such as call interruptions, calls waiting, operators (online)
- Answering operator questions regarding best practices or difficult calls
- Ensure a friendly and motivating work environment
- Controlling the driver whether he is still using the app like when the customer is on trip
- Train the operators on areas which cannot be found on the Google map
- Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements
- Controlling attendance
- Perform any other related task assigned by the Ass. General Manager
Term of employment: Permanent
Job Requirements
BSc Degree in Information Technology 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field
