Job Description

East Africa Bottling Share Company is a Coca-Cola Franchise Bottler in Ethiopia under Coca-Cola Beverages Africa. We have four production plants in Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Bahir Dar, and Sebeta with an aggressive expansion plan throughout the country, with more than 2,000 employees. Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates in the listed field of studies who are prepared to work with passion and focus. We are recruiting fresh graduates whereby graduates will have an opportunity to be trained for a maximum of eighteen months on the in-house, external and practical training programs on new state - of - the - art - technology, Machines, and Processes. Trainees’ will be offered employment in different positions suitable to their qualifications based on their performance on the program.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The Graduate In Training - Public Affairs and Communication will be on-the-job and classroom training for a period of 12 – 18 months. During this period, trainees are exposed to different functions of the company to get oriented with the overall operation with a detailed focus on their areas of specialization.

Skills, Experience & Education

• First Degree in Journalism and Communication and Foreign Language and Literature or related field of studies with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
• Only graduates of 2012 or 2013 in the Ethiopian Calendar or graduates of 2020 or 2021 in the Gregorian Calendar will be considered.

General Qualification

1. Applicants must be Ethiopian nationals.
2. Only graduates of 2012 or 2013 in the Ethiopian Calendar or graduates of 2020 or 2021 in the Gregorian Calendar will be considered.
3. Applicants should attach their temporary degree or student copy
