Job Description
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in M&E, development/ statistics/ social studies
- Experience: 1-year CSO experience for Masters; three years CSO Experience for BA/BEd
Requirement:
- Minimum 3(three) years of relevant experience in the design and implementation of PMEL in development and/or emergency projects;
- Proven experience and knowledge in designing M&E plan, tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports;
- Ability and experience in producing web based and hard copy communications materials for donors and different stakeholders;
- Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software;
- Strong presentations, coaching, training facilitation skills;
- Ample experiences on Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning projects in NGO setting;
Requirements for all positions listed above:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skill in English;
- Capability to easily use computers and ICT equipment's;
- Experience on CSO working environment has an added value;
