Job Description
Ensure that both internal & external financial policies, procedures, and systems are operated and maintained.
Prepare annual audit plans and conduct audits to verify accuracy of records, compliance with standards, policies and procedures.
Compiles audit findings and recommendations for modifications and improvements to systems and procedures.
Work with management to ensure a system is in place which ensures that all major risks of the hotel are identified and analyzed.
Job Requirements
- BA Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance or related field of studies.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience.
- Commitment to professional and company core values.
- Proven skills and knowledge in Accounting System Software.
- Ability to manage a complex and demanding workload.
- Good understanding about Ethiopian tax and related laws.
