Job purpose: The M&E officer takes overall responsibility for the implementation and management of monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment component of the project.

Key responsibilities:-

The M&E officer takes overall responsibility for the implementation and management of monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment component of the project. She/he is responsible to develop and use appropriate M&E systems and tools, keep track of project progress on an on-going basis, prepare progress reports, keep documentation of experience, support the maintenance of updated facts and figures for the project, impacts and lessons learned and produce publications of for policy inputs and information dissemination.

Job Requirements

• MA or BA degree in Economic, Sociology or Statistics,
• Minimum of 4/6 years experience directly related to M&E of development or
• Sound knowledge in data management report writing and presentation social services Child Labor and Human Trafficking,
• Good team working skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Brood understanding and experiences in planning, monitoring and evaluation of development,
• Strong analytical and writing skill,
• Comfortable working independently and developing new procedures and system,
• Proficiency in computer skill and use of soft ware package /Microsoft Application/
