Positive Action for Development (PAD) is an Ethiopian Residents, non-governmental organization, would like to hire qualified professionals for its Service for Street Children [Urban Destitute Support (UDS)] project funded by the World Bank through Minister of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA).

Job Requirements

Qualification: First Degree in psychology and any other related fields

Experience: At least 2 years work experience in psychiatrist and psycho-social position..

Required skills

• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Teamwork         
• Good report writing skill
• Ability to work independently
• Leadership skill
• Fluency in written and spoken English        

 Additional requirements:

• World Bank-funded program and or Social development Programs experience is advantageous.
• Exposure of working in street children.
• Exposure of working in Urban Productive Safety Net Project (UPSNP)
• Microsoft office skills (excel, outlook, power point and word)

Requirement: able to bring recommendation letter from his/her current organization or lastly departed organization.
